• Refunds & exchanges can only be processed within 7 days of purchase.

• All receipts and price tags as well as original packaging have to be kept for the exchange/refund to be processed.

• Please note that when you’re shipping the items back to us, all shipping/courier fees have to be borne by the client.

• All edible items can’t be refunded or exchanged once opened due to hygiene purposes.
