Basic Grooming typically takes around 1 1/2 to 2 hours, depending on the size of your pet. 

Full Grooming usually takes around 2 – 3 hours, unless your pet fur is tangled. It could take slightly longer.

As we are an appointment based grooming salon. We usually recommend owners to pre-book at least 3-4 days in advance.
