Consultation Before Grooming
OLO understands that pets cannot be put through a conveyor belt system that uses the same handling methods and styles, which is why we consult you before the grooming to better understand your pet’s condition and their preferred handling methods.
Cage-free Grooming
At OLO, we also do not believe in using cages at our salon. This allows pets to be less stressed, especially if they are unable to see you during the grooming. That ensures a happier and less stressful grooming that will leave your pet feeling like a million bucks, and as a result, leave you much happier seeing them happy!
Strict Sanitary Standards
We also believe in upholding strict sanitary standards to ensure your pet is in the best care possible and that you can be guaranteed a clean and sterile environment for them. All of our equipment is UV sterilised to prevent bacteria and germs and cleaned regularly to prevent cross contamination.
No Harsh Chemicals
We believe in not using harsh chemicals that might irritate or harm your pet, hence all our products used in the grooming salon are free from harsh chemicals, this makes for a safer, happier grooming experience your pet is sure to love!
